Tiger Woods and Katharine McPhee Threaten to Sue Porn Site After Nude Photos Leak

The professional golfer and the 'Scorpion' star will take legal action against pornographic website Celeb Jihad if it doesn't take down the leaked photos.

AceShowbiz - It seems like all celebrities have to be prepared for another massive hacking attack. Tiger Woods and Katharine McPhee are the most recent victims of hackers as their nude photos have been leaked. Both of them have threatened to take legal action against website Celeb Jihad if it doesn't take down the private photos.

According to TMZ Sports, it wasn't Woods' phone that was hacked, but Lindsey Vonn's. A source tells the website that the 41-year-old athlete sent her nude pics of him when they were still dating. Besides Woods, Vonn and McPhee, Miley Cyrus, Kristen Stewart and Stella Maxwell have also been hacked.

Although Woods has already threatened to sue the website, Vonn still finds it necessary to take legal action. "It is an outrageous and despicable invasion of privacy for anyone to steal and illegally publish private intimate photos," her rep tells PEOPLE in a statement.

"Lindsey will take all necessary and appropriate legal action to protect and enforce her rights and interests," the statement reads. "She believes the individuals responsible for hacking her private photos as well as the websites that encourage this detestable conduct should be prosecuted to the fullest extent under the law."

Earlier this year, Celeb Jihad released nude photos of Amanda Seyfried as well as fabricated Halle Berry's topless photo. In December 2016, the website posted racy snaps of Lucy Hale. One of the photos saw the "Pretty Little Liars" alum baring her breasts.

Hale later took to Twitter to address the issue. "Well, I wasn't going to comment on something so ridiculous, but since 2017 is gonna be all about speaking my truth... I'm going to say something," she wrote. "Once again, a woman in the public eye was violated, stolen from and her private life and body were exposed for anyone to see."

"I will not apologize for living my life and having a personal life that is all mine. It's truly unfortunate that being exposed in this way is allowed," she said, before concluding, "And to whoever did this... kiss my a**."
