Three more people will file a lawsuit against the singer after he allegedly exposed them to herpes a few years ago.

AceShowbiz - Usher's STD scandal is far from over. Two women and a man are going to file a lawsuit claiming that the singer has exposed them to herpes. Celebrity attorney Lisa Bloom said she would file the suit on Monday, August 7 and hold a press conference. One of the women would appear at the conference, while the other alleged victims would remain anonymous.

"Several women have reached out to me in the last week, claiming that Usher had unprotected sex with them since his 2009 herpes diagnosis," Lisa told HollywoodLife.com. "They say that he did not disclose his STD to them. Such behavior would be appalling, illegal and dangerous to women's health."

The latest lawsuit against Usher came from a woman in Atlanta. The woman is suing the singer for $10 million for negligence, battery and emotional distress. After being tested positive for STD, the woman raised the sum to $20 million.

As previously reported, Usher had to cough up $1.1 million to settle an STD lawsuit back in 2012 after exposing his then-partner to herpes. According to the legal documents, the "Yeah" hitmaker used to have "greenish discharge" emanating from his penis. After being tested positive of the STD by doctors, he apparently didn't stop having unprotected sex with some individuals.
