AceShowbiz - Despite losing a great amount of its original stars, "Once Upon a Time" is gearing up for its upcoming season 7. The premiere date of ABC's fairytale drama has been revealed at San Diego Comic-Con this week.
In a short video of shared by a fan on Twitter, it is said the show will be returning for 7th season on Friday, October 6 at 8 P.M. The announcement comes along with footage, featuring a series of clips mostly from season 6 finale. "A new curse awakens. A new savior rises. The legend of good vs. evil reborn," reads the tagline which flickers on the screen.

"Once Upon a Time" joins "Marvel's Inhumans" and "20/20" in Fridays lineup. "Marvel's Inhumans" gets the 9 P.M. slot, with "20/20" following at 10 P.M.
Previously, "Once Upon a Time" revealed the first look at Dania Ramirez as Cinderella. Donning a blue ball down, the "Devious Maids" actress takes the role of the princess, who was previously portrayed by Jessy Schram in earlier seasons. Season 7 will follow an adult Henry (Andrew J. West) on a journey to save his family after his long-lost daughter Lucy unexpectedly shows up at his doorstep.
