Ben Affleck and Lindsay Shookus' romance is going strong as they have been spotted in a string of dates for the past few weeks. On Wednesday night, July 19, the father-of-three was photographed checking out of a hotel with Lindsay in New York City.

The 44-year-old actor rocked a casual look in a white tee, a blue leather jacket, jeans and a pair of sneakers. Meanwhile, the producer for "Saturday Night Live" sported a sleeveless blue dress which featured a unique detail on the chest, offering a peek at her cleavage. Lindsay was busy holding two bags, one in each hand. Ben could be seen carrying a big black backpack.

Earlier that day, the lovebirds were spotted beating the heat with iced coffee as they headed into a hotel near Central Park. They sported the similar outfits to the ones they wore while checking out of the hotel, except for Ben who ditched his jacket. According to a source, Ben and Lindsay "have been trying to take it slow but it's progressing quickly. Their feelings are strong."

A recent report even claimed that the two had been talking about having a little one. "They're actively talking about having a baby," an insider told In Touch. "They're ready to start a family."

While it may sound like they are rushing, the idea of having a baby is not completely bad. Ben is a proud dad of Violet (11), Seraphina (8) and Samuel (5), whom he shares with estranged wife Jennifer Garner. Meanwhile, Lindsay shares a four-year-old daughter with her estranged husband.
