Congratulations are in order for Beyonce Knowles and Jay-Z. The couple has welcomed twins. According to a scoop from Showbiz 411, Queen Bey gave birth to the babies earlier this week at UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles.

The couple hasn't issued any official statement, but Beyonce's father Mathew Knowles confirmed the news soon after it made headlines. "They're here! #beyonce #twins #jayz #happybirthday," the proud granddad celebrated on Instagram.
