Congratulations are in order for "Revenge" co-stars Emily VanCamp and Joshua Bowman. The couple has taken their relationship to the next level as they appear to be engaged after roughly five years together.
Emily took to Instagram on Thursday, May 11 to share a photo of herself in a wooded area. The 30-year-old actress showed off a stunning round-cut diamond ring on that finger as she covered up her face with her hands. She simply captioned the snap with a heart emoji.
The Instagram post was immediately flooded with congratulatory messages. "Congratulations,you are my favorite couple!" a fan of Emily wrote, while another added, "AHHHHHHHH I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS MOMENT FOR SOOO LONG."
Emily and Joshua started dating back in 2011 after they began working on their hit ABC series. While the two have remained extremely private in their relationship, Emily has gushed about her man on many occasions.
In an interview with InStyle Australia, Emily talked about how much she loves her British beau. "I have a wonderful love in my life," she said, before adding, "Trust is the most important thing in any relationship, because everything falls into place after that." Though the couple worked together on the series, Emily shared in a separate interview that she tried to keep her career apart from her personal life.
"Josh and I keep it all very separate. I barely talk about him in interviews, to be honest," she told Elle Canada. "It's just really funny in the moments when we're playing these absolutely absurd things. I call him 'wife-beater Daniel.' It's hard for my family to watch--it's also hard for them to see me in that light. But we're actors. None of that lives in any of us. Thank God!"
