The wife of Keith Urban has sparked plastic surgery speculations after she was spotted with a 'swollen' face.

AceShowbiz - Has Nicole Kidman gone under the knife? The actress wife of country singer Keith Urban has sparked plastic surgery speculations after she was spotted with a "swollen" face when attending the 2017 Goldene Kamera Awards in Hamburg, Germany earlier this month.
The 49-year-old actress wore a floral Armani Prive gown when walking down the red carpet at the event that took place on Saturday, March 4. She sported a puffier-looking face, looking completely different from when she attended the Academy Awards, which was held just six days before the Germany event.
Consultant Plastic Surgeon Daniel Marsh, who works at The Plastic Surgeon Group, has suggested that Kidman could have had "dermal fillers." Speaking to Express.co.uk, Daniel said of the possible procedures, "Dermal fillers which could be hyaluronic acid or possibly fat transfer."
"As we age, our face loses volume which can be restored with temporary fillers or permanent fat transfer [could cause a fuller face]. Immediately after injections, the face can be swollen," he explained, adding, "An alternative reason for the change could be weight gain but this is unlikely in such a short time period unless it's due to medication such as steroids."
Kidman, however, previously denied having plastic surgery in the past. "To be honest, I am completely natural. I have nothing in my face or anything," she once said. "No surgery for me; I did try Botox, unfortunately, but I got out of it and now I can finally move my face again... I wear sunscreen, I don't smoke and I take care of myself, and I am proud to say that."
