Kim Kardashian took to her website on Friday, January 20 to thank Barack Obama for his eight years in office. The "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star posted some throwback pictures with Obama as Donald Trump was inaugurated as the 45th President of the United States.

One of the photos showed Kardashian, her husband Kanye West and their daughter North West posing alongside Obama during a visit to the White House. She wrote alongside the snaps, "Thank you for leading our country. You will be missed."

In a second photo, Kardashian could be seen candidly talking with Obama.

Another snap showed Obama adoringly looks at Nori's tiny hands as mom Kardashian holds her.

Kardashian's sister Khloe Kardashian also paid tribute to the Obama and his wife Michelle, posting on Instagram a pic of the couple along with caption, " 'I'm asking you to believe. Not in my ability to bring about change - but in yours.' Terribly sad to see you go but honored I was able to watch firsthand. I hope our history books will do you justice," she wrote.
