The 'Lord of the Rings' actor confirms that he and his longtime partner have called it quits after more than a decade of together.

Martin Freeman is single. The 45-year-old actor has parted ways with his longtime partner Amanda Abbington. "I'm not with Amanda any more," he said in an interview with Financial Times. "It's very, very amicable - I'll always love Amanda."
Freeman and Abbington were together for 15 years. The couple first met on the set of Channel 4's "Men Only" in 2000. They starred in several other projects like "Sherlock", "Swinging with the Finkels", "The Debt", "The Robinsons" and "The All Together".
They are the parents of two children, Grace 8, and Joe, 10. Back in 2011 when asked about marriage plan, Abbington said it's not on the cards. "I don't know why, really," she said. "We've got two children together, two dogs and a cat and a house, and that's such a big commitment."
