Azealia Banks Suffers Miscarriage, Reignites Beef With Nicki Minaj
Celebrity

The '212' hitmaker goes on a rant on Facebook after revealing that she's just suffered a miscarriage.

AceShowbiz - Azealia Banks took to Facebook on Tuesday, December 20 to reveal "a major life event." The "212" hitmaker wrote, "This wouldn't be an Azealia Banks page without loads of oversharing right? Anywho, I've just had a miscarriage and am pretty taken aback by it all." She added that she felt "like a failure and very ashamed."

"Has anyone else had this same experience who cares to share some words of wisdom or words of anything regarding this topic?" the 25-year-old Harlem-raised rapper continued, "The self-loathing bit is a real struggle for me at the moment so share any words here. They will be greatly appreciated."

After one fan suggested Azealia should have kept the miscarriage news private until she had some more "time to reflect," the rapper began her rant. "It's life and we all live it together. Everyone farts, s**ts, f***s , eats and sleeps. It's bodily function 101. Why the need for secrecy," she wrote.

In another post, Azealia dissed Nicki Minaj. "Slim down a bit... Stop calling yourself the queen of rap," she shared, "I don't understand why you are so impressed with yourself... In 2017 I hope you find some new inspiration and decrease your butt implants... Cheers to female rap!"

Azealia later deleted all of her rants and said, "Deleting posts as I am not the same person I was two hours ago. LOL." She added, "Hope you Lot got your screenshots. It's all jokes guys. Calm down and enjoy the holiday."

The rapper defended herself against backlash. "But before I go, we need to clearly define the differences between a RANT and a KI. I don't 'rant' as often as I'm accused. I do KI A LOT," she wrote, "A rant is a carry/ A carry can be a rant/ A ki can carry but carriage shouldn't be the definitive factor/ A ki is not a rant/ Where should a read fit in here? And schpiels."

"HOPEFULLY the tabloids don't get tacky about this Azealia Banks headline," she continued, "I've had a real rough 2016. I honestly need a break from the public crucifixions. This is a women's health issue that many others may or may not be able to relate to. Please don't fuck UP an opportunity for clear, open and beneficial discourse between WOMEN!"

"The amount of time and energy you lot put into Azealia Banks is truly impeccable. I feel refreshed and recharged everytime. Gives me more energy to power up and kii w/ the kuntZ. Sidebar: I will be checking on the fart jar in an hour," she concluded.
