It's true! Mariah Carey is back on the market. A representative for the singer/actress confirms that the diva parted ways with her Australian businessman fiance, James Packer, after less than a year of engagement. They drifted apart after having a huge fight during a vacation in Greece last month.

The rep, however, denies that the separation was caused by Carey's lavish lifestyle. "The fight was not because of any cheating allegations or excessive spending by Mariah," the rep tells Entertainment Tonight. "They are trying to work it out. Right now, they're not sure if they will stay together."

Mariah Carey dated James Packer after her 7-year marriage to Nick Cannon crumbled. They have twin kids, Moroccan and Monroe, together. Despite their split, the former married couple kept a civil relationship and recently spent Halloween together with their children.

Although she hasn't released a new album since 2014's "Me. I Am Mariah... The Elusive Chanteuse", Carey is still busy as ever. She has a residency show in Las Vegas, a docu-series and several dates left for her world tour. She has also directed a Christmas TV movie and will lend her voice to a character in "The Lego Batman Movie".
