The 'Underworld' director has filed for divorce from his actress wife, a year after they announced their separation.

Kate Beckinsale and her estranged husband Len Wiseman are heading to divorce. The director files for divorce from his actress wife, citing irreconcilable differences. He suggests they have a prenuptial agreement and both agree that spousal support is not necessary.
Beckinsale and Wiseman first met on the set of "Underworld" in 2003 and then tied the knot in 2004. The couple, both 43 years old, split last year. They have no children together, but Beckinsale shares a daughter from a previous relationship with Michael Sheen.
Kate Beckinsale has just completed the filming of "Underworld: Blood Wars". Anna Foerster sits behind the lens for the fifth "Underworld" installment while Len Wiseman serves as a producer. The movie is scheduled to arrive in U.S. theaters on January 6, 2017.
Last year, Wiseman was spotted hitting the club with model CJ Franco. Beckinsale later hit the red carpet solo. Her wedding ring was also noticeably missing from her finger.
