Nicki Minaj drops a brand new track called "The Pinkprint Freestyle". She spits her verses over the beat of Young M.A.'s "Ooouuu" and delivers the chorus to M.I.A.'s hit "Paper Planes" in her British accent. She also gives Lil Wayne a shout-out.
On top of that, the Young Money femcee name-checks Jay-Z. "It's the female Jay," the female rapper declares. "I'm a brand according to what retail say. Yeah, my tours be selling out on presale day, plus I got the title 'Queen,' press replay."
It's been two years since Nicki Minaj released a studio album. Her last LP "The Pinkprint" came out in 2014. She has since collaborated with Jessie J and Ariana Grande on "Bang and Bang" and recently reunited with Grande on "Side to Side" which they performed live at the MTV Video Music Awards.
