Beyonce Knowles and Jay-Z are "fixing" to purchase a mega-million mansion in Los Angeles' posh Holmby Hills area. The powerhouse couple is reportedly planning to drop $93 million on the luxurious 38,000 square feet property.

The newly completed compound, which is built on the site of Barbra Streisand's former estate Mon Reve, has 10 bedrooms and 20 full bathrooms in the main residence along with several separate structures for guests and/or staff, according to Variety.

The master suite alone sprawls across 5,300-square-feet and opens to a heated, covered private veranda. The property also features a lounge, wine room, professional-grade movie theater with "a separate valet entrance," an indoor waterfall that drops into a lap pool, beauty salon, mani-pedi station, massage room and steam facilities.

The estate, which originally listed at $150 million in April, also includes an off-street parking for 50 cars plus a 10-car subterranean garage and the decadently landscaped grounds with a resort-scaled swimming pool, vast terraces, numerous fire features, tennis and basketball courts, and a private trail for hiking.

Beyonce and Jay-Z have been on a hunt for a world-class residence in Los Angeles. In September 2015, the couple was reportedly booted out of the Holmby Hills mansion they rented in El Lay as the estate was sold to the highest bidder for $35.5 million.
