The 'Magic Mike XXL' actress filed for divorce from the 'Pirates of the Caribbean' actor just three days after his mother Betty Palmer passed away.

Amber Heard and Johnny Depp are divorcing, TMZ reports. The "Magic Mike XXL" actress filed for divorce from the "Pirates of the Caribbean: Dean Men Tell No Tales" actor on Monday, May 23, just three days after his mother Betty Palmer passed away.
Amber cited the usual irreconcilable differences as the reason of their split. The star of "The Danish Girl" says in her divorce papers that they were separated on Sunday, May 22. She is asking for spousal support from Johnny.
Sources tell the site that Amber and Johnny, who have only been married for 15 months, had no prenup.
Johnny's mother died on Friday, May 20 in Los Angeles after a long illness.
Representative for the former couple hasn't commented on the report yet. Johnny's latest movie "Alice Through the Looking Glass" opens in the U.S. theaters on Friday, May 27.
