She teamed the figure-hugging dress with a green waist belt and a pair of caramel-colored heels. The mother of two looked beautiful as she sported smokey eyes and nude lipstick with her hair slicked back.
Kim attended the event with her beloved husband Kanye West, who looked dapper in an all-black ensemble teamed with tan suede boots. The pair looked radiant as they were pictured giggling while making their way to the red carpet. Other stars also attending the event were Demi Moore, Alexa Chung and Kate Moss.
Kim and Kanye's day out followed her outing with sister Kendall Jenner. The sisters were pictured stepping out for a quick lunch date at the C restaurant in Mayfair in The Old Smoke on Monday afternoon.
Kim was seen wearing a black sheer dress and green high-heeled boots, while Kendall kept it casual by donning a green long outer atop a white T-shirt and ripped jeans. They both hid their faces behind sunglasses.
