Six rock legends are united for one mega concert at Coachella Valley this fall. After being rumored last month, it's now confirmed that The Rolling Stones, Paul McCartney, Bob Dylan, Neil Young, The Who and Roger Waters will rock Indio, California after the sundown in October this year.

The concert will run for three days at Indio Valley's Empire Polo Club grounds, set similar to the famous Coachella Festival. Dylan, along with Mick Jagger and his bandmates, are set to kick it off on the first day on October 7. McCartney and Young are paired for the second day while The Who and Waters take the stage on the final day.

The so-called Desert Trip will be a one-time concert as the promoter Paul Tollett explains, "We are not trying to brand anything. This is happening one time, and that's it." Roger Daltrey of The Who says, "It's the greatest remains of our era. I'm glad we made it."
