Gwen Stefani is set to finalize her divorce from Gavin Rossdale. According to TMZ, the exes' divorce will soon be finalized as the Bush frontman is "walking away from millions of dollars to which he's legally entitled."
Sources connected with the former couple tell the site that Gavin has agreed to a lopsided split of property in favor of Gwen. They're just need to wait for the judge to sign-off on the settlement, which is just a formality.
Gwen and Gavin didn't have a prenup, so under the laws of California Gavin was entitled to 50 percent of everything acquired during the marriage. But sources claim the English musician did not press to get the money Gwen made from concert and record sales.
The exes will have joint custody for their three children. But because of Gwen's touring schedule, the kids will stay with their father. Gavin, however, is not asking for child support.
So will Gwen tie the knot with her boyfriend Blake Shelton's after her divorce is settled? A source close to Blake tells Us Weekly that the "Sangria" hitmaker is ready to pop up the question to the "Hollaback Girl" singer.
"Blake could propose to Gwen very soon," shares the source, "Gwen is everything he wants. With Gwen, Blake has the family life he'd hoped to have with Miranda. Her kids love him as much as she does." However, the couple may have plans to expand the brood. "Blake wants kids of his own," the source adds. "And Gwen is willing to try!"
A second source says, "Gwen texts Blake a million times a day. But he doesn't mind at all. Blake hasn't been this happy in years!"
