Taylor Swift gave a surprise performance for the star-studded crowd at Reese Witherspoon's birthday party in Los Angeles over the weekend. She played a mini concert and performed her hit single "Shake It Off" with the help from Keith Urban on guitar.

Kate Hudson shared a collage of pictures from the party and a Snapchat video of Swift jamming out with Urban. The other A-listers at the soiree included Jennifer Aniston and hubby Justin Theroux, Courteney Cox, Matthew McConaughey, Robert Downey Jr., Nicole Kidman, Tobey Maguire and Jason Bateman.

Witherspoon is turning 40 on March 22. The birthday girl who starred in a 2002 movie "Sweet Home Alabama" at one point hopped on the stage and sang along with the crowd to a song of the same name during the party on Saturday night, March 19.

However, the Los Angeles party was not the only bash Taylor Swift went to this weekend. She was also spotted hitting Caesar Palace's Omnia nightclub in Las Vegas where her boyfriend Calvin Harris served as a DJ. She was joined by her younger brother Austin Swift and her beasties Karlie Kloss, Haim & Serayah.

Last night was EPIC! Thank you @taylorswift for being the sweetest human on earth! Such a freakin blast!
