Benjamin McKenzie's baby mama is officially divorced from her director husband but has to return to court to arrange other settlements.

It's a new day for Morena Baccarin. The "Deadpool" actress is free to marry boyfriend Benjamin McKenzie because her divorce from Austin Chick is already finalized.
After almost a year-long battle, a judge granted a "status only" divorce to the former couple on Thursday, March 18. They will settle on other issues such as financial supports and assets at a later date.
Baccarin filed for divorce from Chick in June 2015 after four years of marriage. The ex-spouses, who got married in November 2011, have a 2-year-old son named Julius together and physical custody is still pending. She got knocked up by her "Gotham" co-star McKenzie while still legally married to Chick.
Back in November last year, a judge ordered the 36-year-old actress to pay Chick $2,693 for child support and $20,249 for spousal support every month. Last month, she requested a delay in their divorce deposition because she was eight months pregnant and it was a high-risk pregnancy. She gave birth to a baby girl on March 2.
