A powerhouse duet is coming. According to TMZ, Mariah Carey and Beyonce Knowles talked about doing a possible collaboration when they ran into each other at a Los Angeles fundraiser for the HeartView Global Foundation on Thursday, February 11.
The benefit event was held by their mutual friend and business manager Jonathon Schwartz. Mariah shared on Instagram a picture of them together at the gala. "Two girls. One cause," so the diva wrote in her caption. She wore a lace number and Queen Bey rocked a white caped dress.
Beyonce supposedly congratulated Mariah on her engagement to boyfriend James Packer. They reportedly also got in a bidding war over a portrait of Ray Charles taken by Timothy White before the artists agreed to give both a copy each.
