AceShowbiz - A new trailer for animated film "The Secret Life of Pets" has arrived. The newly-released video shows movie fans some unexpected activities pets usually do when their owners leave them, including enjoying massage using mixer and gathering with pets in neighborhood.

"Ever wonder what the pets you love do when you leave?" reads the question in the 3-minute video. The video then shows a black dachshund putting itself under a mixer and enjoying the massage by the machine. Another scene shows pets including rabbit, cat, frog, pig and dog having a meeting underground.

The fifth fully-animated film collaboration of Illumination Entertainment and Universal Pictures will center its story on a puppy named Max whose life changes after his owner brought a sloppy mongrel named Duke. When the two dogs play outside, they are caught by animal control agency. While Max's friends are looking for him, he meets a white bunny who is apparently a leader of a group of abandoned pets.

"The Secret Life of Pets" features the voices of Louis C.K., Eric Stonestreet, Kevin Hart, Ellie Kemper, Lake Bell, Jenny Slate, Bobby Moynihan, Albert Brooks and Hannibal Buress. The animated film is co-directed by Chris Renaud ("Despicable Me" and "Despicable Me 2") and Yarrow Cheney. It will be released in the U.S. on July 8.
