AceShowbiz - Reports suggesting that Robin Wright will join the upcoming "Wonder Woman" movie intensified. In a recent interview, Dylan Penn, the actress' daughter with Sean Penn, let it slip about her mom's upcoming movie role.
When asked by The Hollywood Reporter if she would be at the Golden Globe Awards with her mother, Dylan replied, "No, she's not going." She then revealed what her mother was up to, "She's training to be a super hero for a movie."
Robin Wright was linked to the DC Comics movie after Nicole Kidman turned down the project due to scheduling conflict. Gal Gadot will play the lead role and Chris Pine is set as her love interest. Patty Jenkins is attached to direct the flick slated for a U.S. release on June 23, 2017.
