Comedy Central has renewed "Inside Amy Schumer" for a fifth season. The fourth season of the series will premiere in April. "We are so excited to get picked up," Amy says, "I've gotten picked up many times, but this time feels the best."

Another series which was renewed by the network was "Broad City". It received a two-season renewal. The network also ordered the limited series "Time Traveling Bong" which hails from "Broad City" co-star and co-creator Ilana Glazer and scribes Paul W. Downs and Lucia Aniello.

Directed by Aniello, "Time Traveling Bong" is a three-episode romp involving two cousins, played by Glazer and Downs, who travel through time stoned after discovering a time-traveling bong. President of Original Programming for Comedy Central Kent Alterman said, "Individually and collectively, these shows speak for themselves."

"Time Traveling Bong" is set to air over three consecutive nights, starting April 20 following the third-season finale of "Broad City", which returns with 10 episodes on February 17.

The news come following the massive success of Amy's feature debut "Trainwreck" and her Chris Rock-directed HBO stand-up special. The comedian has some film projects in the works, including a comedy she's co-writing with pal Jennifer Lawrence.
