AceShowbiz - New videos and image from the set of "Wonder Woman" have surfaced online, giving a look at the London-based filming location which is transformed into an old fashioned place. The set was occupied by vintage properties and a lot extras who wore period-appropriate outfits. Among them were stars Chris Pine and Gal Gadot, who were spotted in full costumes as their respective roles.
Starring as Diana Prince, Gadot sported the same dark cloak, the one she donned in the first official photo. In one of the videos, the two were seen walking through the World War I-era set with Pine's Steve Trevor escorting the Amazonian Princess as he seemingly tried to keep her hidden.
The shooting appeared to take place at London's Lincoln's Inn at Thirteen Old Square Chambers. Some vintage vehicles like a horse carriage and a London General Omnibus were also spotted on the set.
"Wonder Woman" is said to center on the Amazonian Princess, who becomes emissary to civilization in her home of Paradise Island in the 1920s. Pine is rumored to play a dual role, the Princess' longtime love interest Trevor in the present day and Trevor's grandfather in the 1920s-set scenes.
Directed by Patty Jenkins, the superheroine movie is slated for a release in U.S. theaters on June 23, 2017.
