Ziyi shared a photo of a baby's hand held by two adults on Chinese social media Sina Weibo on Monday, December 28. "December 27th, 2015, you, me, her ... With the birth of this little life, we have our own family," she wrote on the Chinese microblogging site. "Everything went safely and smoothly. Infinite gratitude!"

Feng reposted the photo on his Weibo account shortly after Ziyi, writing "The dust settles, spring begins and flowers bloom." Ziyi's manager then confirmed the birth in a text message to the Associated Press.

Details of the baby are yet known but rumors are flying that she was born in the United States. According to China Daily, Ziyi, Wang and her mother were recently spotted at the entrance gate of San Diego Zoo, California.

This is the third child for Wang who has two daughters from previous relationships. Zhang accepted Wang's proposal in February and quietly registered their marriage in March.
