Taylor Swift joined in the Christmas excitement by wearing Christmas elf costume. The "Bad Blood" singer took to Instagram on Thursday, December 24 to share a picture of her standing still in the iconic green-and-red costume.
Wearing the elf onesie, the blonde beauty appeared without makeup on her face. She donned a hat featuring elf ears. In a caption for the picture, Taylor quoted Drake's "Hotline Bling", "You used to call me on my elf phone."
Just hours after Taylor posted the elf picture, she announced on the social media that she had garnered 60 million Instagram followers. The 26-year-old singer shared with her followers a screengrab of her profile on the social media page. "Well would you look at that," she wrote alongside the picture, before thanking her fans for the new milestone, "Thanks for the 60 million followers situation guys! Merry Christmas indeed."
Her new milestone on the social media came less than 3 months after she reached 50 million followers, making her unbeatable as the most-followed person on Instagram. At the time she garnered 50 million followers in October, she wrote, "50 million followers!! Thanks so much guys. I'm pretty sure this is just because I have cute cats though."
