Will the long wait for a new Beyonce Knowles album be over soon? Two years after she dropped her self-titled surprise set, the singer is apparently working on a new project as she's reported heading to New Orleans to shoot a music video.

According to French website MCM, Bey will begin filming on December 14 and end it on December 20. Supporting the report was French choreographer Zack Reece who recently posted, and immediately deleted, a casting call on Facebook.

Around the same time, Twitter user @isiah_taylor claimed that his mother was working with Beyonce and he additionally suggested that the superstar might be readying multiple videos. "My mom is filming videos with Beyonce in New Orleans in two weeks," he tweeted earlier this month.

Following the release of 2013's "Beyonce", the former Destiny's Child singer dropped a few new songs for its repackage and did collaborations with other artists, including Nicki Minaj, Naughty Boy and Coldplay. She was rumored to be planning a joint album with husband Jay-Z, but it never materialized.

However, fans can really hope for Bey's new music now. In an interview with Rolling Stone, Sia Furler who has written some of Bey's hits revealed that the 34-year-old was indeed "working on something." The Aussie native didn't share more details, though.
