The 'Sonny with a Chance' star posts a long emotional tribute to Chris Carney who died in a tragic car accident.

AceShowbiz - Tiffany Thornton wrote an emotional letter after her husband, Chris Carney, died in a tragic car accident in Arkansas on Friday, November 4. He was 35. The former Disney star has two sons with the Prom Kings rocker.

"There are so many things I want you to know about Chris but most importantly you must know how earnestly he pursued the Lord, especially in the past year," she began her lengthy post. "No one is perfect in this world and we all have our battles but it's the way we get back on our feet and turn it around that really counts. And he did it."

"He was THE BEST father my children could ever have, an incredibly loving and sensitive husband, a wonderful brother and amazing son. He is already so dearly missed but I promise to spend the rest of my life sharing his testimony so that those who feel they have no place or have come from a place of struggle can learn that the love of the Lord can save us all."

There are so many things I want you to know about Chris but most importantly you must know how earnestly he pursued the Lord, especially in the past year. No one is perfect in this world and we all have our battles but it's the way we get back on our feet and turn it around that really counts. And he did it. He was so on fire for God and I know he flew straight into the arms of Jesus, his best friend. Please if you're reading this know that Chris would want you to know the Lord. Don't wait to run back to God. Our days are numbered and God is just waiting for you to come back to him. There is so much power in the redemption God gives us and I am so grateful that Chris and I got to fall in love all over again this past year. He was on such an amazing path for the Kingdom, having just gone on a mission trip to Peru with his dad where he shared his beautiful testimony and brought so many people to the Lord. He finished writing, directing, producing and editing his first Christian film and he and I got to star in it together as love interests who end up getting married. He was THE BEST father my children could ever have, an incredibly loving and sensitive husband, a wonderful brother and amazing son. He is already so dearly missed but I promise to spend the rest of my life sharing his testimony so that those who feel they have no place or have come from a place of struggle can learn that the love of the Lord can save us all. We will have a service in remembrance of him Monday, December 7th at 3pm and First Church of the Nazarene here in Hot Springs, Arkansas. Visitation will begin at 1:30pm. Tiffany's former "Sonny with a Chance" co-star Demi Lovato who served as one of the bridesmaids in the couple's wedding also paid tribute to the late musician and so did Demi's boyfriend Wilmer Valderrama and "Sharknado" actress Cassie Scerbo.

Been trying to figure out what to say all day... This morning I woke up to terrible news. My good friend Chris Carney has passed away. This picture is a perfect example of the love he shared with Tiff and how much fun he was to be around. I've been to many weddings but this is by far the most memorable because the way they looked into each other's eyes and the love they had for one another. There were tons of laughs and tons of tears and I'll never forget the way he looked at her. It doesn't seem real and I'm still in shock.. Still speechless. I don't know how to put into words how heartbroken I am for Tiffany and their two baby boys. You're already missed Chris.. And Tiffany I love you so much.. I'm so unbelievably sorry... I truly find it not real to be writing this.. It truly hurts for so many reasons. I took yesterday to process your passing Chris.. Mainly cause above all that you were, you were a real a surviver.. Someone that studied God's word, and became a soldier for his message.. You lived the life of a king no matter what the circumstances.. You would be there for ANYONE no matter WHAT..You had and will always have one of the most amazing, caring, patient and loving Queens (@tiffthornton) anyone could ever hope to be with.. She will raise the two beautiful boys you both share with the love and loyalty that you had for life.. And as a Godfather I will look after then and help them remember your spirit and heart. A memorial service for Chris Carney is scheduled on Monday, December 7 at First Church of the Nazarene in Hot Springs, Arkansas. "Thank you for your continued prayers for our family as we grieve the loss of my best friend Chris, the most incredible person I've ever had the blessing of knowing," Tiffany said.
