"Once Upon a Time" is taking on Greek mythology after exploring Disney characters in the past seasons. ABC has confirmed TVLine's report that Hercules and Megara will appear in episode 13 of the currently airing fifth season, with newcomer Jonathan Whitesell ("The 100", "iZombie") and Kacey Rohl ("Fringe", "Supernatural", "The Killing", "Hannibal") tackling the roles respectively.

Hercules was previously described as "a dashing, strapping young man" who is "single-minded in his pursuit of his destiny: to be the greatest hero who ever lived. All that changes however, when he falls in love with a beautiful princess."

As for Meg, she is "a plucky young adventurer with a sly sense of humor and a tough, no-nonsense spirit. And though she has spent a long time languishing in a dungeon, her inner spark has not burned out. Rather, it is waiting for the right opportunity to shine brightly again."

It's additionally reported that "Ally McBeal" alum Greg Germann would recur as The Distinguished Gentleman, whom some speculate is a code for Hades. Meanwhile, Bailee Madison is expected to reprise her role as young Snow White after the long winter break.

Other casting news comes from "Outlander". It has been officially announced that 16-year-old actor Oscar Kennedy will join the cast for season 2 as "the young William Grey, noble gentleman and English solider."

In the book, John William Grey is introduced as an older guy. He is later known as Lord John, who has an important role in Jamie and Claire's lives decades to come.

"Once Upon a Time" returns Sunday, March 6, 2016 at 8 P.M. after the winter break, while "Outlander" season 2 is expected to premiere in spring 2016.
