The 'Harry Potter' actor has stated that he has no intention to play the beloved wizard again, but admits to have mixed feelings about seeing someone else pick up the wand.

Daniel Radcliffe admits to have mixed feelings about seeing someone else take over the role of Harry Potter in upcoming "Harry Potter and the Cursed Child". The stage production will debut on London's West End in summer 2016.
Speaking to Andy Cohen on "Watch What Happens Live" on Thursday night, November 13, Daniel said, "I'm getting asked a lot, 'Would you play him?' and I'm like, 'No.' Because I've done it. But it would be very weird to see someone else play him."
Considered the eighth installment in the "Harry Potter" franchise, "Harry Potter and the Cursed Child" will focus on Harry's youngest child Albus. According to the Pottermore team, the play will be split into two parts "due to the epic nature of the story." It will feature a cast of 30 actors which will be announced at a later date.
The official synopsis reads, "It was always difficult being Harry Potter and it isn't much easier now that he is an overworked employee of the Ministry of Magic, a husband and father of three school-age children. While Harry grapples with a past that refuses to stay where it belongs, his youngest son Albus must struggle with the weight of a family legacy he never wanted. As past and present fuse ominously, both father and son learn the uncomfortable truth: sometimes, darkness comes from unexpected places."
