The first full trailer for "The Divergent Series: Allegiant" has been arrived online. The trailer focuses on what Tris (Shailene Woodley), Four (Theo James) and their friends find beyond the wall of an enclosed Chicago.
"People think walls separate us, but they also protect us," says Evelyn (Naomi Watts) in the opening scene, " Those people out there kept us in a cage for 200 years. That is not someone I want to engage with."
The scene then sees Tris, Four and their friends trying to survive their first-ever trip outside the wall that encloses post-apocalyptic Chicago. The group later meets up in a scientific complex headed up by a vaguely sinister official (Jeff Daniels). The clip features an array of battle scenes as Tris and her friends attempt to deter plans to destroy Chicago.
"The Divergent Series: Allegiant" also starring Miles Teller, Ansel Elgort, Zoe Kravitz and Maggie Q are set to hit theaters in the U.S. on March 18, 2016. The story will conclude with a fourth film "The Divergent Series: Ascendant" in 2017.
