For those who can't wait until the series premiere later this month, Starz has shared the first four minutes of "Ash vs. Evil Dead". In the opening scenes, Bruce Campbell's Ash gets ready for a night out that looks totally normal until he encounters a deadite.

The monster hunter wears his girdle and dances to rock music before he heads to a local bar. There, he hits on a lady who is sitting alone. Things get heated up quickly as the two hook up, but the woman isn't what she appeared to be.

"Ash vs Evil Dead" is set 30 years after the events of Sam Raimi's "Evil Dead" movie. Ash is now "a stock boy, aging lothario and chainsaw-handed monster hunter who has spent the past three decades avoiding responsibility, maturity and the terrors of the Evil Dead. When a Deadite plague threatens to destroy all of mankind, Ash is finally forced to face his demons - personal and literal. Destiny, it turns out, has no plans to release the unlikely hero from its evil grip."

Ash will be joined by new faces Pablo (Ray Santiago) and Kelly (Dana Delorenzo) in actions. Lucy Lawless also joins the cast as Ruby, "a mysterious figure who is myopic in her quest to hunt down the source of the recent Evil outbreaks. The only problem: She believes that Ash is the cause of it all."

The 10-episode series will premiere Saturday, October 31 at 9 P.M. ET on Starz.
