AceShowbiz - Carey Mulligan gave birth to her first child less than a month ago and is now ready to share a few details of the baby. The actress and her husband Marcus Mumford's first child is a girl whom they named Evelyn.
Mulligan appeared on "The Graham Norton Show" last week to reveal more about the tot. "It's a girl," she told the host. The British actress, who was there to promote her new film "Suffragette", confirmed she was born three weeks ago but did not talk more beyond that.
Entertainment Tonight managed to catch up with Mulligan at Monday, October 12's New York premiere of "Suffragette" to dig up more details. The newest addition is named Evelyn, something that "just came up with it" on the fly.
Mulligan publicly displayed her amazing post-baby bod for the first time at the British Film Institute's London Film Festival on October 7. She married Mumford, the lead vocal in Mumford & Sons, in April 2012 after only a year of dating.
