The new Batman depicter and his estranged wife have put their Pacific Palisades house on the market following their split.

Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner are selling their 8,800-square-feet house in Los Angeles following their separation. According to Variety, the estranged couple has put their Pacific Palisades compound on the market for $45 million.
Affleck and Garner who tied the knot in 2005 purchased the estate from producer Brian Grazer in 2009 for $17.55 million. It had basketball court and swimming pool. The couple who has three children together made extensive renovations over the years.
When they bought it, the main residence had five bedrooms and eight bathrooms. The secondary building housed an office, art studio, gym, and two bathrooms. The guesthouse contained two bedrooms, three bathrooms, and an entertainment lounge.
