Following numerous speculations about why Perrie is still wearing the ring from her ex, reports say the video was filmed before the duo split two months ago.

After being teased with a preview and some photos, Little Mix's "Love Me Like You" music video was officially released in full on Friday, October 2. Fans, however, were left with a lot of questions on their minds after they noticed that Perrie Edwards was still flaunting the engagement ring from her ex-fience Zayn Malik.
In the video, Perrie and the other Little Mix members set their eyes on the same popular dude who separately asks the four of them to the prom only to attend the party with another girl in the end. Perrie is clearly seen rocking the ring although she broke up with Zayn two months ago.
After numerous speculations, multiple news outlets can confirm that the ring isn't a prop and Perrie wears it in the clip simply because the video was shot months before she and Zayn called off their engagement.
"Love Me Like You" is the latest single off Little Mix's new album, "Get Weird", which is scheduled to come out on November 6 through Syco Music and Columbia Records. Its lead cut "Black Magic" was released back in May to positive reviews, peaking at No. 1 on the U.K. Singles Chart and logging the group's highest-charting single on Billboard Hot 100 when it reached No. 68.
