Miley Cyrus may have different opinion from fellow celebrities like Taylor Swift in regard to making a squad. While Swift tends to gather "musicians, actresses, models, entrepreneurs," the "Wrecking Ball" hitmaker admitted that she's not interested in such group.

"I'm not trying to be in the squad," Cyrus told The New York Times. She went on saying that she preferred being surrounded by non-celebrity pals. "None of my friends are famous and not because of any other reason than I just like real people who are living real lives, because I'm inspired by them," she added.

Cyrus has also tried to take control of her own celebrity narrative, delivering pictures of herself straight to her fans via social media. "I put naked pictures on my Instagram - I don't care," she said. The blonde beauty seemingly wanted to make people be accustomed to her nudity so that it would no longer be surprising headline. "It's not interesting anymore to see me like that," she added.

The "Hannah Montana" alum admitted it would be hard for her to fit again into mainstream society. "I don't think I'll grow that way," Cyrus said. "It seems like it would be backwards." Her advisers, she added, "said they'd never seen someone at my level, especially a woman, have this much freedom. I literally can do whatever I want. It's insane."

The singer recently surprised her fans by releasing "Miley Cyrus and Her Dead Petz" for free. In fact, she got big support from her label RCA Records. "Miley Cyrus continues to be a groundbreaking artist. She has a strong point of view regarding her art and expressed her desire to share this body of work with her fans directly. RCA Records is pleased to support Miley's unique musical vision," said the label in a statement.
