The former Disney sweetheart takes to Facebook to reveal her fifth studio effort's official title, cover, tracklist and release month.

AceShowbiz - Demi Lovato has shared more details of her new album. The singer took to Facebook on Wednesday night, August 26 to post the official artwork of her anticipated fifth studio effort and reveal that the project would be called "Confident".

Sporting slicked back hair and black-and-brown eye shadow, Lovato looks fierce in a sexy black top. "You ready for this?" she wrote in the caption before announcing the album's release month, adding, "NEW ALBUM OCTOBER 2015 #Confident."

Lovato also shared the full tracklist, which features 13 new songs including lead single "Cool for the Summer", the record's title track and second single "Confident", and a collaboration with BFF Iggy Azalea called "Kingdom Come".

Earlier in the day, a bunch of the former Disney darling's famous friends helped her unveil the tracklist via Twitter. She had boyfriend Wilmer Valderrama as well as her pals like Kim Kardashian, Nick Jonas, Christina Perri and Adam Lambert tweet out the titles of songs from her upcoming album.

"Confident" will come as a follow-up to Lovato's 2013 self-titled set which spawned hits like "Heart Attack" and "Really Don't Care". The 23-year-old star is currently gearing up to perform her latest single "Cool for the Summer" at the 2015 MTV Video Music Awards this weekend, August 30.
