While some categories received 'No Award', Best Dramatic Presentation in the Long Form was nabbed by the Marvel comic adaptation.

AceShowbiz - Marvel's "Guardians of the Galaxy" is still collecting acclaim a year after its U.S. theatrical release. The World Science Fiction Society bestowed the 2015 Hugo Awards for Best Dramatic Presentation in the Long Form category upon the James Gunn film.

The winners were announced on Saturday, August 22 morning at the 73rd World Science Fiction Convention held in Spokane, Washington. In the category, "Galaxy" beat such movies as "The Lego Movie", "Edge of Tomorrow", "Captain America: The Winter Soldier" and "Interstellar". Gunn, who also wrote the movie, tweeted of the win, "Oh my Gosh, this is so amazing."

Meanwhile, "Orphan Black" took the category of Best Dramatic Presentation in the Short Form for the season 2 finale episode "By Means Which Have Never Been Tried".

Some other categories were labeled "No Award" since voters either objected to the nominees or didn't want to partake. There's a controversy that the awards excluded white males and conservatives in its list of nominees.
