The couple was previously rumored to have been planning to renew their marital vows on their upcoming 15th wedding anniversary.

AceShowbiz - Despite circulating rumors, Michael Douglas and his wife Catherine Zeta-Jones are not renewing their wedding vows. Star Magazine previously reported that the couple planned to renew their vows on their upcoming 15th wedding anniversary.

According to the tabloid, Michael and Catherine's upcoming anniversary on November 18 was a "cause for celebration." A "so-called" source told the tabloid, "They want to cherish how far they've come by renewing their commitment to each other."

The celebration was supposedly held at the pair's residence in Bedford, New York. They invited 75 guests including celebrities like Matt Damon, Jack Nicholson and Danny DeVito. "It's not about the glitz and the glamour. They really just want to show their kids, Dylan and Carys, that everything is all right now," the source added.

The story was later debunked by Michael's representative. The rep told Gossip Cop that there's "no truth" to the tabloid allegation they're planning to renew their vows.

Michael and Catherine have recommitted to each other after a brief separation in 2013. During an interview with Event Magazine back in June, the "Ant-Man" actor addressed their short split. "We had a little bump in the road," he shared, "The problem in this business is that everything is so public."

He added, "I love Catherine as much, more than I ever have. And hopefully the feeling's mutual. We worked things out - if both people want to work something out and make it better, you can do it. You can't do it if it's just one person."
