AceShowbiz - Taylor Swift has been forced to reschedule an upcoming concert to avoid clash with a possible Houston Astros game. The show, which was originally scheduled to take place at Minute Maid Park on October 13, will now happen at the same venue on September 9.
The announcement was made by the Astros on Monday, July 27. In a press release, they said "the new show date will ensure that fans of Taylor Swift will have every opportunity to see her perform at Minute Maid Park, as the September 9th date does not conflict with any potential postseason baseball."

After Swift unveiled the dates for her "1989" world tour last year, the baseball team warned her that she might need to reschedule the October 13 concert to make the venue available should they make the playoffs.
Considering the team's struggles at that time, lots of people believed Swift's show would happen as planned. However, the Astros have been performing really well this season.
The tickets purchased for the October show will be honored on September 9. Those who can't make it to the rescheduled date can get refunds from Ticketmaster.
