Amy Schumer frequently puts sex as the subject in her jokes. Amy's mom confessed in a segment on CBS News' "Sunday Morning" airing on July 5 that she was never shocked nor embarrassed by her daughter's raunchy jokes.

While walking on the Boardwalk nearby Long Beach, host Mo Rocca asked Amy's mom, "Do you ever think, 'Ooooh,' like with the sex and the booze talk?" She quickly replied, "I will tell you honestly, no. I'm never embarrassed." Amy who stood by her mom chimed in, "She's the one who raised me, you know?"

The 34-year-old comedian's mom also opened up about Amy's relationship with guys. Regarding the guys Amy had dated thus far, she said, "We've had conversations about everybody, actually, she's dated. And there have been times that I've been like, 'Ooh, can this work out?' But not really a favorite."

During the segment, the "Trainwreck" actress told the host about why sex was a great source material for her jokes. "It's an opportunity to be really honest about something that a lot of people aren't being open about," Amy said. "If you can be that honest about something that's so seemingly forbidden, 'cause that's when the most ridiculous stuff happens."

The "Inside Amy Schumer" star alongside host Mo also visited her high school. She gave some life advice to students in a drama club and addressed Kim Kardashian's famous family. "This is such a time in your lives when all these, like, insecurities creep in and you're looking in the mirror like, 'I don't look like all the Kardashians.' And you think that that's wrong. But it's not," she said. "You should just, like, totally look in the mirror and just love yourself, and be like, 'This is the package I come in, and I'm just gonna embrace it.' "

Surprisingly, Amy asked the students to never try to make their parents proud. "And don't try and make your parents proud, because it's impossible. They don't understand!" she said.
