The first trailer for the highly-anticipated animated comedy "Kung Fu Panda 3" has arrived. The third installment of "Kung Fu Panda" movie series centers on Po (voiced by Jack Black) who meets his long-lost father while battling with a supernatural villain.

The trailer opens with Furious Five and Po in the midst of kung-fu training. "A kung-fu master is prepared to train hard, move fast, be brave, and above all, be ready for anything," someone says in voiceover. "Kung Fu Panda 3" brings back Po's martial artist friends from the previous movies, Tigress (Angelina Jolie), Monkey (Jackie Chan), Mantis (Seth Rogen), Crane (David Cross) and Viper (Lucy Liu) as well as their trainer, Master Shifu (Dustin Hoffman). It also introduces new pandas Li (Bryan Cranston) and Mei Mei (Rebel Wilson). Directed by Jennifer Yuh Nelson, the movie is slated for a release in the U.S. on January 29, 2016.
