A source close to Paltrow said that she wanted to invite Martin and Lawrence to a couple's holiday as she thought it's time for Lawrence to meet Martin's kids, Apple and Moses.

AceShowbiz - Gwyneth Paltrow reportedly planned to have a couple's holiday with her ex Chris Martin, his girlfriend Jennifer Lawrence and her own new beau Brad Falchuk. The Goop founder initiated the idea seemingly because she thought it's time for the "Serena" actress to meet the singer's kids, Apple and Moses.
"Gwyneth recognizes it's time for Jen to meet the whole family, and she wants Chris to be there for Brad's first proper bonding experience with the children," a source told Radar Online, adding that the children would join the week-long getaway.
"The plan is to spend a week together in Hawaii, as soon as all their schedules permit," the source continued. "But definitely before the end of summer."
The source revealed that the Katniss of "The Hunger Games" actually refused the idea. However, Martin would still love to make his ex happy. "Poor Jen is dreading it. Chris is still spellbound by Gwyneth and her rules, so he's insisting on it," the insider added.
Paltrow and Martin finalized their divorce a year after "consciously uncoupling." According to reports, Lawrence was the reason that Martin finally settled the separation.
"[Lawrence and Martin had] been struggling to move forward with their relationship because she couldn't handle always coming second to Gwyneth," a source said earlier this year. "[Jen] put a huge amount of pressure on Chris to make a statement to show his commitment to her, which he wasn't prepared to do until now."
