The 'Jurassic World' leading lady is often mistaken for Jessica Chastain and she puts an end to the confusion in a parody video.

AceShowbiz - Bryce Dallas Howard showed off her singing skills and, in the process, reminded fans that she's not Jessica Chastain. In an Instagram video posted on Chastain's account, Howard lip-synched a LegoLambs song called "Jessica Chastain: The Musical".

"I apologize for breaking the illusion, but it's time I put an end to the confusion. I am not Jessica Chastain," Howard sings before ripping off her sunglasses. The song was originally performed by Stephanie Koenig and included lyrics, "I'm the one from 'Lady in the Water.' Chrissakes, I am Ron Howard's daughter..."

Howard, having red hair similar to Chastain's, is indeed often mistaken for the "Zero Dark Thirty (2012)" actress. She previously said in an interview, "First of all, any day where I get confused for Jess is a very good day. She's one of the most beautiful human beings I've ever seen."

"I remember thinking that I need to meet her," she said. "The first thing we did was find a mirror. We stood in front of it. And we compared. We've got red hair. There's enough similarity that people make that comparison. My goal is to play sisters with her."

Chastain, meanwhile, posted a cheeky meme to clear up the confusion. "People still think we are the same person," she captioned a picture of them together. "True story. #BryceDallasHoward is in #JurassicWorld."
