The 'Keeping up with the Kardashians' star reportedly checks in for the 60-day in-patient program which includes physical training focusing on weight loss.

AceShowbiz - Rob Kardashian reportedly checked into a drug and alcohol rehab center in Palm Beach County, Florida. The "Keeping up with the Kardashians" star finally went to the rehab center after his family had urged him to seek professional help for years.

Mark Behar, a celebrity bodyguard and local resident who befriended Rob years ago, told Gossip Extra, "He told me 'This is it, I just need to stick with it and do this.' " He also said that Rob was "in good spirit" when he checked in for the 60-day in-patient program.

The program also included physical training, focusing on weight loss. "Rob will probably lose 10 to 20 pounds within the first few weeks by just being in rehab and daily programs relating to his detox," Mark added. Additionally, the rehab center prohibited visits and the use of cell phone in the first month and a half.

The reality TV star became reclusive as he allegedly battled with drug addiction in addition to drinking. Back in March, an episode of "KUWTK" season 10 showed his family's concern for him. His mom Kris Jenner said, "If I don't help him do something drastic, he's going to die." During a sit-down with her daughters, Kris broke in tears when talking about her son Rob's transformation. "He was someone who was very athletic and he's gained over 100 pounds in the last year. I'm just waiting for this horrible thing to happen and there's nothing we can do about it," she added.
