The 'Barely Lethal' actress is preparing for her studio debut after showing off her vocal chops in 'Pitch Perfect 2'.

AceShowbiz - Hailee Steinfeld has found a home for her upcoming debut album. The Oscar-nominated actress has signed a deal with Republic Records. The announcement was made on heels of the impressive $70.3M weekend debut of her movie "Pitch Perfect 2".
"The moment that we met Hailee, we found her commitment to music inspiring. She has the vision, natural talent and dedication to compete at the highest level. We are thrilled to be a part of her musical journey," said Republic's President Charlie Walk.
The label's co-founder and chief executive Monte Lipman chimed in, "Hailee is a multi-talented artist and among her many gifts, her voice is both unique and undeniable. It's exciting to have her join the Republic family."
Hailee Steinfeld, 18, will next be seen in a James Bond-meets-Mean Girls movie "Barely Lethal".
