AceShowbiz - "Billy Lynn's Long Halftime Walk" has added two more members to its cast ensemble. Fresh off the box office giant "Furious 7", Vin Diesel now lands a role in Ang Lee's next directorial film along with "Rush Hour" actor Chris Tucker.
Their roles are still unknown, but they will join the likes of Kristen Stewart, Garrett Hedlund, and Steve Martin. It will be Tucker's second movie since his "Rush Hour" days after he previously returned to the big screen with David O. Russell's "Silver Linings Playbook".
Written by Simon Beaufoy based on Ben Fountain's novel of the same name, the film follows a squad of soldiers who return home after surviving Iraq War. While preparing to return to battlefield, they are sent on a media-intensive "Victory Tour" at Texas Stadium.
