AceShowbiz - Patricia Arquette suffered a wardrobe malfunction when returning from an errand run in Beverly Hills on Thursday, February 26. In some photos obtained by Mail Online, the Oscar-winning actress was seen wearing unbuttoned jeans and her underwear was exposed.

Wearing no make-up, Patricia sported a loose white tee, a black-and-white striped cardigan tied around her waist and a pair of black flip flops. She apparently forgot to zip her pants as she was seen carrying a lot of stuff including a bottle of water, a bottle of orange juice, a pair of glasses, a cellphone, a bag, keys and some take-away food.

Patricia was joined by her 12-year-old daughter Harlow who donned headphones, a black and grey tank top, ripped jeans, and a dark-grey cardigans tied around her waist. Harlow appeared unfazed by her mother's look.

Patricia recently received backlash for her wage equality remarks in the Oscars press room. At that time, she said, "It's time for us. It's time for women. Equal means equal. The truth is the older women get, the less money they make...the highest percentage of children living in poverty are female-headed households, and it's inexcusable that we go around the world and we talk about equal rights for women in other countries and we don't...have equal rights for women in America and we don't because when they wrote the Constitution, they didn't intend it for women."

She then defended her remarks on Twitter, saying, "Wage equality will help ALL women of all races in America. It will also help their children and society. Women have been basically paying a gender tax for generations. I have long been an advocate for the rights of the #LBGT community. The question is why aren't you an advocate for equality for ALL women?"

The "Boyhood" actress added, "If you are fighting against #Equalpay you are fighting for ALL women and especially women of color to make less money than men. Guess which women are the most negatively effected in wage inequality? Women of color. #Equalpay for ALL women. Women stand together in this."
