AceShowbiz - It's a girl for Nick Lachey and his wife Vanessa Minnillo. The couple is thrilled to announce that they welcomed a healthy baby girl on Monday, January 5. It's the second child for them. Newborn daughter Brooklyn joins big brother Camden John, 2.
"She's HERE!!!!" the mother of two broke the news on her blog. "Nick, Camden and I are SO excited to announce the birth of our sweet, beautiful baby girl, Brooklyn Elisabeth Lachey! She was born January 5th, 2015 at 5:17pm. She weighed in at 7 pounds 15 ounces, is 21 inches long and has already won over all of our hearts."

A friend recently told me how magical today was going to be because it's the day I would meet my best friend. I can't even begin to tell you how it felt to hold her in my arms for the very first time. Mommy, Daddy and big brother Cam love you so much already, Brooklyn!"
Nick, 41, and Vanessa, 34, married in 2011 after less than a year of engagement. They welcomed their son in 2012 and announced she was pregnant with baby No. 2 in July 2014. "Thank you to everyone for your love and support, it means so much to our family." she told her fans after the arrival of their second child.
